Paragon Logistics LLC, an esteemed Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is actively seeking dedicated individuals for our XL Team Driver and Helper positions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of large, heavy items (50-300 lbs) directly to our customers' homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Delivery: Work in tandem with a helper/driver partner to safely transport and deliver heavy and bulky items.


• Safe Operation: Drive company vehicles responsibly, complying with all safety and traffic regulations.


• Heavy Lifting: Manage the loading, unloading, and delivery of heavy items, using appropriate techniques and equipment (50-300 lbs).


• Customer Service: Ensure a delightful customer experience, handling items with care and professionalism.


• Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize handheld devices for routing information and delivery management.


• Safely assist in the handling and delivery of large packages.


• Load and unload packages with the delivery team.


• Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.


• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience.


• Lift packages weighing up to 50-70+ lbs and perform team tasks with enthusiasm.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Age & License: Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (Class E)


• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle heavy packages, working alongside a team member


• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a safe driving history.


• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English for effective teamwork and customer interactions.


• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hiring Process: Typically completed within 3-4 weeks. May vary for out-of-state license holders.
