What you will do:

As an Assembly Technician at Revere Electric, you’ll play a key role in building, modifying, and preparing custom enclosures and components that directly impact our customers’ success. You’ll work hands-on with tools, machinery, and CAD files, contributing to a team that values craftsmanship, accuracy, and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general assembly tasks with precision and care
• Stud and PEMS welding (basic welding techniques)
• Reading manufacturing drawings and creating work instructions
• Building pallets and crates for secure product transport
• Conducting enclosure paint repairs
• Operating forklifts (certification required)
• Using various hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Manipulating customer-supplied CAD files for internal use
• Running machining centers with attention to detail
• Processing work orders through our internal system
• Supporting other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma (some technical training a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to read and write in English for safety and documentation
• Strong attention to detail—your work directly affects customer satisfaction
• Physical ability to stand throughout the workday and perform manual tasks
• Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment

Pay range: $18.00 - 20.00/hr. based on experience

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, and skills.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in an incentive or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives.
