The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, with exposure to both bankruptcy and lending-related work. Qualifications: 2–4 years of relevant experience Experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation Exposure to lending and financial transactions is a plus Background in large firm practice preferred, but not required Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills Proven ability to manage projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with a strong national platform and high-quality work.
