Mountain Valley Cabinets specializes in creating beautiful custom cabinets for both home and workspaces. We are dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabinet Shop Apprentice.

Job Description: As a Cabinet Shop Apprentice at Mountain Valley Cabinets, you will receive on-the-job training to develop your skills in various aspects of cabinet making. Your role will include:

• Sanding and Prep: Preparing cabinet parts for the spray room.
• Finishing: Assisting with applying finishes to cabinets.
• Building Cabinets: Learning to assemble and construct custom cabinets.
• Preparation for Installation: Helping to ensure cabinets are ready for installation.
• Installation: Assisting with installing cabinets in clients' homes or workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform tasks related to cabinet sanding, prepping, finishing, building, and installation.
• Develop skills in using tools and machinery associated with cabinet making.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques.
• Maintain efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
• A keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
