About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join its Executive Management Group. They should be adept at funnel management, from brand-building to conversion, and be capable of leading a talented team to enhance the company's digital and performance media capabilities. The role requires a leader who is humble, creative, agile, and trustworthy, with a collaborative and influential approach. The CMO will be a servant leader, fully engaged, and customer-centric, with a focus on operational excellence and resilience. They will be expected to preserve and modernize the brand's essence, ensuring that the company's values of trust, service, and community are at the core of all marketing efforts.
