Job Description
We are working with an Am Law 200 firm, seeking an associate to join their Affordable Housing team in their Real Estate & Development Practice in Boston.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions , including in acquisitions, and public and private financing transactions. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. Candidates should have strong fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing a variety of loan documents. Prior law firm experience is required . Admission to the MA bar is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience required.
