Job Description

Insight Global are looking for an experienced Digital Asset-Program Manager to join one of their premium clients in the pharmaceutical space. You will be responsible for driving initiatives across their digital content management systems and content lifecycle operations. You will manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of programs that support content creation, management, compliance, and delivery at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Creative Operations) to ensure the seamless integration of content technologies and workflows. This individual will also be responsible for tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery, and for the document workflows, governance structures, regulatory compliance, and change management plans.

This is a contract based role and will be onsite 2 days per week onsite in Durham, NC.

Must haves:

• Experience in program or project management, with a focus on digital content, marketing operations, or digital asset management
• Experienced implementing a Digital Asset Management platform like Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Veeva, or Bynder.
• Strong knowledge of content lifecycle concepts (plan, create, manage, publish, reuse, archive)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors domestically
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid project methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success managing enterprise-level content technology implementations

Plusses:

• Experience in dynamic content automation, GenAI, or agentic techniques
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) a plus
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification
• Familiarity with metadata management, content taxonomy, or AI-powered content automation tools
