Consilio Services is seeking skilled and experienced eDiscovery reviewers to join our dynamic team and work closely with our clients’ in-house legal team and outside counsel. This role involves supporting matters early in the process and later stages of eDiscovery reviews conducted by our managed review teams. This unique opportunity offers the potential for long-term engagement with one of our leading clients. The position includes an initial evaluation period, designed to ensure reviewers are fully prepared and aligned with client standards and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standard Conduct early case assessment, data searches, and data culling in a defensible manner Coordinate and track data collections, working directly with Consilio, the client, and outside counsel to ensure transparency and accuracy Technical savvy and extensive experience with Relativity Assist with pre-production checks, foldering, privilege logs, and redactions Provide outstanding client communications, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions Collaborate closely with in-house and outside counsel to ensure seamless project execution Demonstrate prior team leadership or review leadership experience in an eDiscovery context Requirements: JD degree and active bar license in good standing Minimum of three years of experience in eDiscovery, with a focus on early case assessment, data culling, and client interaction Proven experience in team leadership or review leadership within an eDiscovery environment Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Must pass a comprehensive background check Why Join Us: Work with a leading global in-house legal team Opportunity for long-term engagement and career growth Comprehensive support and training during the trial period Competitive compensation and the potential for increased responsibility How to Apply: If you are a dedicated legal professional with a passion for eDiscovery and client success, we invite you to apply.
