Since 2019, we have become a leading supplier of frac sand to oil and gas companies nationwide. We are currently looking for the right people to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for entry-level Dry Plant/Equipment Operators to monitor and operate machinery and equipment at our frac sand drying plant which includes our drying, loadout, and storage facilities. This position may sometimes require you to operate heavy machinery. Training on the specific equipment utilized at our facilities will be provided. Your primary work location will be in Bainville, MT, with a new site scheduled to open in 2025 near Williston, ND.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of the frac sand drying plant, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. You will oversee equipment, conduct inspections, and resolve issues to ensure efficient drying plant operations. A willingness to learn and work well with others is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the drying and processing of frac sand.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or operational issues.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct daily workplace inspections.
• Monitor temperature and moisture levels for compliance.
• Maintain records of production and equipment performance.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in loading and unloading sand and manage inventory levels.
• Participate in construction projects and related tasks when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a noisy, dusty plant environment with varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical skills with a general knowledge of hand tools.
• Technical training or experience in a related field is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and do tasks like shoveling and climbing ladders/stairs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, 8-12-hr shifts, days or nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call, if needed.
