THE GIST:

Our client, a well-backed AI start up, seeks an impressive Executive Assistant to support their Chief of Staff & the office of the CEO. This role will expertly handle all of their day to day administrative needs, establish new processes, and act as a strategic member of the team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leadership at a early stage startup, venture capital firm/hedge fund, or hypergrowth tech company.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Act as an extension of the Chief of Staff & Office of the CEO with professionalism & polish
• Expertly prioritize their time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
• Manage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
• Assist with recruiting efforts, schedule interviews, and interact with candidates
• Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
• Keep track of projects, note important action items, and send corresponding follow-ups
• Prepare presentations and meeting materials
• Track and process expenses
• Assist with various tasks and projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience working at an early stage startup, venture capital firm/hedge fund, or hypergrowth tech company
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
• Strategic & process-oriented mindset
• Clear & concise communication style
• Superb organizational skills
• Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed

LOCATION: New York City – Flatiron District (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $120k - 160k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
