Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Actively prospect through networking events, cold calls, and community outreach
  • Develop and manage personalized financial plans with attention to detail
  • Use digital platforms and social media to market yourself and attract prospects
  • Stay current on financial trends, investment strategies, and insurance products
  • Master internal tools and financial software to support client recommendations
Requirements
  • Active Life & Health License
  • Series 63 & 65 is a PLUS!
  • Experience in financial advising or life insurance sales is preferred
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to personal growth
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your schedule
  • Adaptable and tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems
