We are looking for an experienced IT Director to guide and oversee our technology operations while driving innovation and efficiency. • Collaborate with leadership to align IT priorities with organizational objectives.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems and networks.
• Design and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices to support operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business capabilities.
• Manage IT budgets, forecast resource needs, and plan for future growth.
• Lead hiring decisions for IT roles and build a high-performing team.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution.• Proven experience in IT leadership, including managing infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of network design, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Expertise in backup technologies, systems hardware, and configuration management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams with effective leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and network administration.
• Proficiency in creating and enforcing IT policies and architecture frameworks.
• Experience with hiring processes and building technical teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
