Insight Global is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and customizing Salesforce applications. This position involves hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as implementing declarative features such as workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, supporting ongoing maintenance and enhancements, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of our Salesforce environment. Collaboration is essential, as this role works closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
 25 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
 Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. 
 Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (workflows, process builder, reports, dashboards). 
 Familiarity with integration concepts and APIs. 
 Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and platform best practices. 
 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
 Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
