Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible for a bonus based on restaurant performance, paid out periodically.

A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to KFC standards and policies.
• Lead and manage a team, supporting training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and customer concerns.
• Oversee financial aspects, including cash management and expenses.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand image.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least twice a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Info

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, ranging from $12.00 to $22.00 per hour in most locations, with higher rates in specific states and cities. The exact salary will be discussed during hiring.
