Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Revenue Cycle Support Specialist/Medical Billing Specialist to join our team, at our Centerville administrative office.

What You’ll Do:

• Effectively review Clearinghouse and Payer Level Rejects and correct accordingly
• Conduct Clearinghouse Batch Submissions and Reconciliation
• Complete all tasks related to Hospital Call Contracts
• Effectively communicate edit trends to Management
• Stay current on billing, coding and payer policies
• Consistently document pertinent communication with patients, internal staff and payers

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years Health Care Billing industry experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.

Work Authorization

• Must be able to provide required documentation stating that the employee is legal to work in the United States.
