What You’ll Need to Succeed: We understand that career transitions look different for everyone. Some of the skills and experiences that make for a great fit include: Previous experience in federal government service (civilian, military, or contractor roles). A deep understanding of government operations, policy development, or technology modernization. The ability to navigate ambiguity and provide strategic direction in evolving environments. Strong communication and leadership skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels. Active or recently held security clearance (preferred but not required, depending on the role).
