Seeking a responsible individual that has the following
* Must be 21 years + of age
* Solution oriented with the ability to problem solve in an ever changing environment
* Attention to detail. ability to multi-task and ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions in a fast paced environment

* A desire to for a career in management with Brickopolis Entertainment
Responsibilities
* Making deposits during the shift and watching for and mitigating all possibilities of theft
* Maintaining the center's appearance through cleanliness
* Holding yourself and others accountable for creating a culture of high performance
* Ability to expand job responsibilities and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes
* Expected to be knowledgable about the establishment and to navigate to other departments and fill in as needed
* Being responsive and empathetic to guest needs, driving innovation on the floor, and encouraging a collaborative environment for all staff members
*Representing Brickopolis in a professional manner when conducting business
*Protecting the brand and recognizing core values and being able to maintain them
Availability
This position is for NIGHT
Hours will fluctuate due to the high season. Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable Transportation
Lifting, Standing, and ability to Climb Stairs
Night Shift is from 4PM-C ( Close at 11PM Sunday-Thursday , 12AM Friday and Saturday )
May stay open longer depending on the needs of the business and customers
