Physical Therapist: Lakeshore Bone & Joint Chesterton

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80k-$95k/yr. commensurate with experience + sign-on bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Work setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: 601 Gateway Blvd., Chesterton, IN 46304

Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute in Chesterton, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist with an interest in spine care and the McKenzie Method to join our team. This unique opportunity will allow you to work closely with other rehab providers and our orthopedic doctors to provide the highest level of therapy care for patients.

You’ll Achieve Success By:  

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination 

• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle 

• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain 

• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation 

• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey 

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Indiana 
• CPR and first aid certification required
