Seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for the office while also managing payment processing responsibilities. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and strong attention to detail in handling financial transactions.
Reception Duties:
Assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Payment Processing Duties:
Process incoming payments (cash, check, credit card, electronic) accurately and timely.
Record transactions in accounting or billing systems.
Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with collections as needed.
Generate receipts and respond to payment-related inquiries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or accounting is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or payment processing role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $42500.00/yr.
