Job Description
We are a boutique Bookkeeping and Tax firm looking for a full-time, in house Client Care Coordinator.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, taking messages, transferring calls, file management, managing emails, ordering office supplies, accepting original tax documents from clients, scanning documents, handle USPS mail and certified registered mail.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software in a fast-paced environment.
As a team, it is understood there are other responsibilities not listed here that may be required for the successful achievement of the position and business operations.
