Overview In support of regional office, agents and coordinators, processes contracts, state licensing issues and tracking for career & broker channels. Responsibilities Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy in partnership with the regional sales manager. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Scheduling interviews and group informational sessions. Conducting initial screening interviews and filtering candidates. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with candidates during their selection process and prelicensing. Assist candidates with online study courses and obtaining an insurance license. Prepare new agent orientation materials for their first day. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.” Distributes mail, faxes and other communications; maintains inventory levels of office supplies and initiates purchase orders as necessary Provides support to regional & district sales managers preparing routine daily, weekly and monthly reports, award tracking and contests. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience College degree preferred, but not necessary.
