Experience Leader (Assistant Manager) , you'll play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success. You'll work closely with the Saucy! Experience Director (Restaurant General Manager) to drive daily operations, coach exceptional teams, and craft memorable moments for our guests. Your dynamic leadership and passion will keep our operations exciting and our team engaged.

What You'll Do:

• Lead With Saucy! Energy
• Assist in hiring top talent and infusing Saucy! energy into every training moment.
• Coach and develop our Team Members and Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
• Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive culture where everyone feels appreciated.
• Support the Saucy! Experience Director in daily briefings and performance feedback.
• Deliver the Saucy! Experience
• Oversee the guest journey, ensuring everything from food to atmosphere is perfect.
• Address in-the-moment challenges and transform complaints into opportunities for excellent service.
• Create an environment where every guest leaves excited and satisfied.
• Take charge of operations in the absence of the Saucy! Experience Director, leading confidently.
• Operate with Excellence
• Assist with Profit & Loss (P&L) management, ensuring precision in labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards consistently.
• Support new product launches and training, ensuring they are seamless and effective.
• Help with maintenance and readiness of digital tools and overall restaurant operations.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in restaurant or retail management.
• A track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in P&L, labor, and inventory management.
• A passion for coaching and helping others to grow and succeed.
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Flexible and eager to evolve with a growing brand.
• Commitment to excellence, equity, and empowering those around you.
