Job Description
Royce Integrated Solutions is a leading security company with over 50 years of experience and one of Florida’s largest providers of custom gate automation, access control systems, and CCTV solutions . Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team, covering the Miami-Dade County territory.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for:
✔ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships within your territory
✔ Identifying and developing new business opportunities
✔ Managing existing accounts to drive sales growth
✔ Providing expert guidance on our security solutions
This is an independent, field-based role that fosters a dynamic and supportive work environment, continuous training, and a competitive compensation and benefits package .
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ An organized and self-motivated professional with a passion for sales
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ 3-5 years' experience in gate automation, security systems, access control, or related industries (preferred but not required)
✔ Commitment to integrity and quality in all aspects of business
✔ Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
