Position Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain sophisticated solutions across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud using custom code, declarative tools, and API integrations. You’ll drive best practices, mentor junior developers, and ideally bring healthcare domain knowledge (e.g. EMR, claims, PHI).
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and Java
• Develop integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, custom sObjects, SOQL, and SOSL
• Customize Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud components to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce quality standards
• Diagnose system performance issues, optimize code, and support multi-environment deployments
• Monitor Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements
Required Qualifications
• 9+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Expert in Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Java, APIs, and querying frameworks (SOQL/SOSL)
• Proven track record in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare settings, including integration with EMRs, claims, or PHI-sensitive systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Cloud (OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
• Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), dashboard design, and reporting
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Industry Consultant)
