Pinnacle Site Solutions is hiring a Utility Foreman to join our crew! We're a growing commercial site work company looking for someone who knows how to run a crew, keep jobs moving, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

What you'll be doing:

• Running a crew on underground utility jobs (water, sewer, storm).
• Reading blueprints and using GPS to get the job done right.
• Keeping track of hours, equipment, and paperwork.
• Making sure the crew stays safe and the job stays on schedule.
• Jumping in when needed - we're all about teamwork here.

What we need from you:

• At least 3 years running a crew in construction (utility experience a big plus).
• Solid skills with heavy equipment and underground utility installs.
• Able to read plans and spot problems before they turn into delays.
• Strong leadership - someone the crew respects and listens to.
• Valid driver's license, reliable ride, and able to pass a drug test/MVR check.
