We're a 24/7 Pet Help Line, providing phone, chat, video, and email support to pet parents around the country through education and "decision support". Our primary job is to educate pet parents to assist them in making more educated, timely, and appropriate decisions for their beloved furry family members' care.
The first of its kind in the United States, our Pet Help Line has been launched by the same experienced team that created a national 24-hour a day Nurse Line serving over 7 million participants in three countries. whiskerDocs currently supports over 6 million pets across the US and Canada.
We are currently seeking credentialed technicians with Daytime, evening, and/or overnight availability , with an expectation to work 3-4 shifts per week minimum . Shift duration is generally restricted to no more than 6 hours per day to help support work-life balance.
