🔥 Structural Steel Estimator

📍 Location: Knoxville, Tennessee

🏗️ Industry: Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

💰 Compensation: $75K–$90K Base (Depending on Experience) + Substantial Bonus Potential

You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations and make an immediate impact on active projects from day one.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for structural steel projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to generate bids.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams.
• Utilize SDS/2, Procore, Microsoft Office, and internal systems to build and manage bid packages.
• Support pricing strategies and preconstruction planning across a range of project sizes from $300K to $30M+.
• Contribute to a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership.

✅ Requirements:

• Structural steel estimating experience
• Proficient in SDS/2, Procore, and Excel; comfort with internal PM and production tools.
• Ability to manage a variety of project sizes confidently and independently.
• Bonus: Experience with data centers, healthcare, or higher education projects.
