Role: Strategic Accounts Executive - Insurance

What you will do:

As a Strategic Accounts Executive, this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi's business in two F500 Named accounts in the Insurance industry. The Strategic Accounts Executive at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of the Accounts.


The successful Strategic Accounts Executive will:
  • Build trusted, value added relationships with C-Suite and other key business stakeholders
  • Apply their Insurance industry knowledge to knowing the customer's business, their challenges and their goals. Expertly, map Quantiphi's cutting edge services and solutions to delight the client at every opportunity
  • Be responsible for strategy, planning & execution of business development activities - from Discovery to SOW- to expand our business within key accounts and drive account expansion
  • Map and own the key client relationships with those accounts including C-level executives in business, technology, and procurement functions within the clients
  • Build a comprehensive and strategic account plan, maintain it and deliver to the defined strategy

  • Collaborate and Engage with our Technology leaders and solution experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clients
  • Be responsible for identifying opportunities and expanding through a combination of new bodies of work and expansion of existing work
  • Proactively introduce solutions/ideas to clients to help improve their business performance
  • Diligently focus on Business outcomes and Customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
  • 8+ years of Services Sales experience using consultative approach
  • 5+ years of managing & expanding Fortune500 Accounts

  • 5+ years of Financial Services and Insurance industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in selling and/ or managing accounts with Cloud/Data and Analytics solutions
  • 5+ years in a strategic account management role and/or in selling services to key accounts
  • Ability to manage concurrently more than one or two Insurance accounts

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • MBA is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Preferred Geography: Chicago, or any major metropolitan areas in Central and East US
Other Qualifications (OQs)
  • Experience working for/in a top tier consulting services firm

  • Experience in selling and or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI /ML type solutions

  • Executive level engagement experience. A proven record of success in client facing roles
  • Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs
  • Experience in consultative selling of professional services and solutions
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to navigate and collaborate with Quantiphi's Enablement functions and Delivery Tech teams across the globe.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the overall accounts like a business including selling, upselling across geographies delivery and hire/manage talent relevant to client deliver
